Enrolling in the Undergraduate Minor

Procedure to Enroll

  1. It is recommended that you first complete the Minor Interest Form for the Disability Studies program. This form will help you plan courses. Plus, using the form you can ask to be signed up for the Disability Studies at OSU listserv. This form, however, is not required.
  2. The minor declaration/enrollment form is a college specific form. This means that you must ask your college for the form (the Disability Studies coordinators do not have the form). Once this form is filed, you must take the courses you've listed. If you take other courses instead, you must re-file the enrollment form. This form must be filed with your college at least one quarter before you graduate.
  3. Take the classes you listed on the declaration/enrollment form! You can take other courses, but do note that you will need to re-file the form if you make changes to your minor program.
  4. Graduate with the Disability Studies minor!
